For cosplay clothing, or book binding to ensure it drap on or fold well, soften sisal cloth by soak in detergent water to remove size. Subsequently to secure you may brush over with Matt sealer for a matt sheen or H2O covercoat as a gloss varnish to secure in place or to stiffen upon conformation to profile. Glue with transparent modelling paste.
